About Me
I’ve spent over two decades navigating corporate hallways, boardrooms, and backchannels, often as the only woman of color in the room. As a marketing executive in predominantly white, male-dominated spaces, I know what it takes to lead with both strength and grace, to deliver results under pressure, and to constantly translate who you are into who they expect you to be.
That experience shaped me, and ultimately, it called me to something more. I was drawn to find a way to help bring out the confidence and leadership that exists in all women.
I created Authentic Edge Journey for high-achieving women who are done trying to lead by shrinking themselves. Women who are ready to break through barriers, not just climb ladders. Women who want to lead on their own terms, rooted in their values, grounded in their voice, and aligned with the impact they were meant to make.
