Hi, I’m Shelly. A former marketing leader turned leadership coach, I help women and marginalized professionals navigate leadership with strategy, empathy, and authenticity. I fell in love with coaching after completing my training with the Co-Active Training Institute and witnessing the powerful transformation it can bring.

I spent over 20 years in corporate marketing, building campaigns, shaping strategy, and navigating the unspoken rules of leadership as a woman of color in spaces not built for me. I see how deeply ingrained biases and beliefs are difficult to change and even spot because its just "how things are".

Now, I coach high-achieving women who are ready to rise without compromising who they are. Through strategic, identity-conscious coaching, combined with Co-Active Coaching methodologies, I help you lead with purpose, communicate with confidence, and step fully into your power.
